These guys are absolute rock stars!!I had a difficult delivery as it involved getting perishables out of customs and delivering to a customer.... Despite several customs hurdles these guys kept at it and got it done. Even though it took several times returning to pick it up as a result of customs problems they kept going and made the delivery.I'm a very happy and appreciative customer.read more

We are even more pleased with your recent assistance.Phantom’s service may be described as part logistics, moving, courier and problem-solving company. We recently had to relocate items from a property we sold, and it was going to be a logistical problem coordinating several different parties. We turned the assignment over to Phantom, and they made it happen. Phantom picked up keys from one location, contacted the strata manager to arrange for building and elevator access, then arranged the proper truck and moving materials for the items, picked up and delivered everything as instructed, secured all the properties and returned the keys to a second party. Had an unexpected delivery come when I wasn't home. Most couriers wouldn't have even bothered to call. Zen not only called to find out if he could... leave it somewhere else for me or arrange to have it delivered elsewhere but made arrangements for me to pick it up from the store where it was delivered from. Poor experience - they did not honour the service level we paid for and the shipment was received severely damaged. Four months later and there is... still no resolution to our issue and zero follow up from Phantom. I used them for a while a couple of years ago but the company owner is insufferable so I switched. I ended up using them a couple of weeks ago and... that will be the last time. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Rude, charged me for their driver showing up late, put the charge on my credit-card without authorization and all around bad attitude. The owner of this business, Mark is extremely extremely rude. He has been rude and unprofessional to my boss on multiple occasions without fail. His... attitude drips with distain in every interaction. My boss has had a company account with these guys for years. I told her today that I would look for an alternative just to not have to listen to the way Mark abuses his customers. His attitude has to be costing them business, I’ve read other similar reviews here. Mark doesn’t know who the customer is or what it means to provide world class service. Shame.read more

I’ve used Phantom Couriers multiple times now and I highly recommend their services. My property management business requires 3 things from a courier... service which are, an easy ordering platform, quick response times and seamless documentation for it to run efficiently and Phantom delivers on this every time! The owner of this establishment is incredibly rude and hung up the phone on me. I initially had a wonderful experience on the phone when I placed my... order yesterday afternoon (positive shout out to whomever I spoke to, who was pleasant, helpful, and extremely courteous!). I was told I would receive an email confirmation of the order, including price details. This morning - when the pickup was scheduled and no email had yet arrived - I called Phantom to inquire about the status. The owner was extremely rude on the phone, kept interrupting me, said 'we don't send emails until it's delivered' and grilling me on who took the call (which I didn't know). After taking my order number, he looked it up and started talking over my attempts at asking my questions to state that 'so and so' (I didn't catch the name) had taken my information and provided incorrect information. When I asked him to please stop interrupting me so I could ask my questions, he stopped. I asked my questions, he provided curt answers, then slammed the phone down without so much as a goodbye or thank you. In addition to the service being very expensive ($63 for driving from the North Shore to Abbotsford - I couldn't cancel the order upon hearing the price because he hung up), I will never again patronize an establishment with such an unprofessional owner. (Thank you to whomever answered my initial call yesterday for your courteous service - and apologies if you got into trouble from your rude boss...that was never my intent.)read more

Awesome Service! My supervisor had a very urgent package that needed to get to Fed Ex from a residence in Vancouver, BC. Somehow, the scheduled Fed... Ex pickup did not happen, which left us scrambling for a courier service late in the afternoon. Based in the US and having no clue what courier service to call, I literally googled "Vancouver BC courier services" and started calling in the order they popped up. Three different companies responded with "sorry, we are almost closed, cannot help you". Phantom Courier was fourth on the list and honestly, I was expecting the same response. Instead, they immediately jumped on the issue, got a courier to the residence, picked up the package and ended up having to drive to the airport to drop it off. I admit, I was calling about every 30 minutes or so just to check the status as it was critical the package get to Fed Ex before closing. Phantom was originally going to drop off the package at a Fed Ex location in the city, but realized they were not going to make the drop off cut off time (4:45pm, really?? So early??) , so they diverted to the airport (with my approval). I was notified when the package was dropped off in time and they even followed up with me this morning. Tawny, Carmen and a gentleman (I am SO sorry, I forgot his name) worked as a team to get this package delivered on time -- each time I called, I did get a different representative, but every single person knew what I was calling about and had an answer for me on the status. I called this afternoon to tell the manager how very happy I am with their service and to give a huge Thank You to the team who worked on this delivery. He knew immediately the whole story, even without being on duty last night! This level of taking ownership pride of customer service is rare in today's world -- I genuinely appreciate the "we are here for you, we will do what it takes, we will not let you down" attitude. It truly was as if I had my very own personal group of Avengers spring into action to save the day -- and they did!!! If ever we are in need of a courier service all the way from the southern US, we will be sure to call on Phantom Couriers!!!! I highly recommend them to everyone -- but please, save time and call them FIRST and not fourth!! :)read more
