Opening and managing an account is quick and easy. Below we walk you through each and every step.
Opening An Account: To get started simply click here- Customer Signup and enter your name, address, password and other details to get started.
How To Order: Once you’ve created an account, please login in using your customer # and password. You can login here- Account Login to order or track a package with your order number.
Once you have entered your information you’ll be redirected to your dashboard. It has all the information you need in one convenient location including, new delivery, order tracking and order history.
Once you’ve filled out all your information you’ll need to pick a service type from the drop-down menu on the bottom right of your screen.
There are a lot of different types you can choose from, depending on your needs. There are different codes for the services. Some of the common abbreviations are ‘C’ for ‘Car’ or ‘B’ for Bike’. The corresponding number indicates the time frame for delivery. For a more detailed description see the table below.
Check Price: If you want to know the price of delivering a box, envelope, or package then all you have to do is fill out the address of pick up and delivery and press the “Check Price” button. The price will automatically appear, allowing you to figure out the cheapest or fastest way to deliver your package.
Status: You don’t need to call for an update on your delivery. You get real-time email notifications sent from Phantom Couriers.
Tracking Information: You can also log into your account to track your package. It will show detailed information like when the order was picked up, delivered and received.
