However, recently we had a tricky requirement picking up technology and their team was great.  I explained the situation and Edward just took it from there.  I didn’t have to think about it again.

After trying to deal with FedEx for our office courier needs (complete nightmare) we found Phantom and what a pleasant relief- they are reasonably priced, efficient, and their interface is easy to use.  The few times I called them they were courteous and professional- I highly recommend them!
